Some Surveyors are not Valuers, others not Experts in structural stability for example, and tend to recommend expensive supplementary external Reports. At Edward Jackson, we have the full range of skills in-house, in Building Pathology, in Structural Engineering and in Valuation. That saves you time and money & ensures a consistent approach.

We provide a high- level of customer service. We aim to answer telephone calls within 3 rings by one of our friendly team. They’re fully trained and experienced in discussing your requirements & can prepare a quotation for fees on most property types. We don’t offer faceless on-line quotes. We tailor our services to each individual client. We even have a formal complaints handling procedure should it be required.

We offer an after-sales service whereby we encourage discussion with the Surveyor, either by telephone or by appointment to discuss any concerns that you may have after survey. A service that’s not always possible with other Surveyors.

Edward Jackson Partnership is an Independent Practice and cannot be influenced by others involved in the home buying process, such as mortgage providers, brokers, estate agents, vendors etc.
